The Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce is relocating its office from Liberty Lake to Spokane Valley.

The Chamber is moving into a building formerly occupied by Banner Bank at 10808 E. Sprague Ave., which will be open by appointment only through October as renovations near completion, according to a news release.

The Chamber’s relocation to Spokane Valley was made possible through a partnership with Modern Electric Water Co., which purchased the former Banner Bank building in 2019.

“During my very first interview for this role back in the middle of 2018, we discussed the visibility of the chamber. A community’s chamber of commerce should be up front and recognizable for residents and visitors,” Lance Beck, president and CEO of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, said in a statement. “This move will bring us back to a central, and highly visible location.”

The Chamber’s office had been at 1421 N. Meadowood Lane in Liberty Lake since 2010. It moved into the Spokane Valley office Tuesday. 

The Chamber plans to hold an open house in early November to unveil its new office.
