Engineering

Stuart Malley has been promoted to business development manager at ALLWEST Testing and Engineering. Malley has worked for ALLWEST since 2016 and, in his new role, will build relationships with new partners in the engineering, environmental and testing industries.

Health

Robin Hines has been elected president of the executive committee governing the staffs at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Providence Holy Family Hospital. Hines specializes in emergency radiology and has worked at Inland Imaging for 20 years. She has been involved in medical leadership at the hospitals since 2013 and helped to combine the two medical staffs, streamlining administrative functions while improving patient safety and quality of care.

Law

Natasha Hill has been hired by Winston & Cashatt Lawyers as an associate attorney. Hill is originally from Spokane and a graduate of Rogers High School. She has practiced for the past 10 years in Los Angeles, focusing on family law, copyright and trademark infringement, and civil litigation. With Winston & Cashatt, Hill will focus on family law, elder law and civil litigation.

Marketing

Nate Harris has been named a partner at MDI Marketing, a local marketing and advertising firm. Harris has worked with the firm as an account executive since 2016, after working at KHQ-TV in the same capacity. MDI has been headquartered in Spokane since 1990.

Miscellaneous

Alissa Munoz has been promoted to vice president of member services by the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce. She will manage communication, events and membership departments.

Jamie Rand has been hired as marketing director of Visit Spokane, charged with promoting Spokane as a destination for tourism, conventions and business. Rand previously worked as a publisher for News Media Corp. and as a marketing consultant for the city of Newport, Oregon.
