Love Your Farmer, Love Your Food - The Moscow Food Co-op invites the public to attend the annual “Love Your Farmer, Love Your Food” event. This free event will provide an opportunity for community members to meet and talk with the people who provide many local products around the Palouse. Squash Soup and Soccas Class - Learn the recipe for a basic soup and a classic protein-packed Mediterranean street food called soccas. Soccas are made with garbanzo flour, olive oil, and spices. They are traditionally cooked small and thin, though the variations can be endless; larger, they become great wraps or tortillas, or made thicker, they become a great pizza crust replacement for those on gluten-free or Paleo diets.
