Get Fit Here for Skiing and Snowboarding – Free interactive seminar focuses on the various aspects of getting and staying fit during the winter sports season. Each participant receives a free 30-second assessment using an electronic balance testing device that is highly correlated to the balance/coordination needed while on the slopes. Open to all ages.
