$150,000 Bail Set In Train Track Death

Associated Press

A man arrested in the train track slaying of a restaurant worker was ordered held Friday on $150,000 bail.

Dale Schwab, arrested Tuesday in the Dec. 23 death of Ernest A. Sena, was ordered held for investigation of first-degree murder at a probable-cause hearing before Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Roger Fisher.

Prosecutors have until Tuesday to file charges.

According to court papers, Sena was put on the railroad tracks in Everett by two men after they had a confrontation. His assailants watched as a train ran him over, the documents say.

Police received information Monday that led them to Schwab. They are still looking for the second man.
