Lakeside Treats East Valley To A Very Jolley Christmas

Brianne Jolley made quick work of the East Valley Knights on Thursday.

Jolley scored 25 points and had 10 steals in just 18 minutes as the Lakeside Eagles beat the host Knights 72-25 in the championship game of the East Valley Christmas Tournament.

Jolley scored eight points to key a 20-0 run to start the game. By halftime, Lakeside’s lead had reached 32 points.

Kim Wilkins came off the bench to score 13 points for Lakeside (5-1),which shot 49 percent from the field.

Rebecca Triplett scored eight points for EV (2-3).

In the consolation game of the EV tournament, the Indians (1-4) got 18 points from Rayna Spies to beat the Wildcats (2-3).

Brandi Simpson added 10 points for Colville, which held Kellogg to 11 second-half points.
