Dry-age quality

Churchill’s Steakhouse has a reputation for high quality prime steaks that result from a climate-controlled dry aging process on site. The well-appointed restaurant, named after Winston Churchill, is located in the historic 1899 Boothe-McClintock Building. Reservations can be made online. In 2008, the building was nearly destroyed by fire and the restaurant was out of business for nearly two years.
