La Bolle did not return messages seeking comment ahead of the 2023 election. He previously has listed his job as the director of federal and regional affairs for Avista Utilities.

He was elected to the Latah Town Council in 2015 and 2019. About 20 years ago, he and his wife Lisa La Bolle bought the historic Ham-McEachern House in Latah and began restoring it, according to previous coverage.
